Some History:
Smithville Systems began as a small computer retailer in Smithville, Texas, providing dial-up service as well as computer repair and consulting services.
In late 1999, we established a second dial-up based ISP located in Flatonia, Texas named PCGuns.net. While searching for an alternative to dial-up, we began testing the Cisco Wireless equipment.
As a result of our test successes, we set up PCGuns.net to sell broadband to our current customers in Flatonia. We are continuing to expand, adding more equipment, increasing our range to 30+ miles and now offer wireless Internet in the Smithville area through our sister company, Smithville Systems. We offer a great service at a fantastic value.
